Registration
- What is included in my registration?

- What is registration insurance?
- Registration insurance is offered through a third party provider, Protecht Regshield, and must be purchased at the time of registration. The insurance covers your registration fees if you are unable to attend the event for a variety of reasons. To make a claim you must follow the directions sent to you by Protecht Regshield.
- What is covered by registration insurance?
- Covered situations are listed at the time of registration and can be found in the separate email sent by Protecht Regshield.
- How do I make a claim on my registration insurance?
- Please follow the instructions sent by Protecht Regshield in your insurance confirmation email (separate from your event registration confirmation email). We cannot process any claims or answer any specific questions about registration insurance as it is all handled through Protecht Regshield.
- How do I transfer to another race distance (or the virtual race)?
- Race distance transfers or transfers to the virtual race can be processed until the day before the race. To process a transfer you can visit your RunSignup profile or click the Manage Registration link in your confirmation email then clicking Transfer Event. All the available transfer options will be listed. - How can I manage my race add-ons (purchase race packet shipping, add additional merchandise, etc.)?
- You can manage your race add-ons by visiting your RunSignup profile or clicking the Manage Registration link in your confirmation email then clicking the Add-Ons menu. - Do you offer any discounts?
- We have several different discount options as well as a referral program that gives you cash back on your registration. For details about available discounts and the referral program visit the DISCOUNTS & REFERRAL REWARDS page.
Packet Pickup
- When and where is packet pickup?
- See the Packet Pickup page for details.
- Can I pick my packet up on race morning?
- Yes, race morning packet pickup is available. Please note that lines for packet pickup on race morning may be long and the start of the race will not be delayed due to late pickups.
- What comes in my packet?
- See the Registration Info page.
- Can I change my shirt size at packet pick up?
- No. We order all the items in advance and base our orders off your selection during registration, changes made at packet pickup may result in someone else not receiving what they ordered. If there are shirts remaining after the race, there will be a shirt exchange at the volunteer check-in area.

Race Day
- What is the race schedule?

- Where do I park?
- What is the difference between the mass start and rolling start?
- The Mass Start is what most runners are used to at an event where everyone begins at a designated time, see RACE DAY SCHEDULE page for details.
- The Rolling Start is an open start line where runners can start the race anytime during the designated time frame. See RACE DAY SCHEDULE page for details.
- Runners opting for either Mass or Rolling Start will receive an official time but ONLY those starting in the Mass Start are eligible for awards, see AWARDS page for details.
- What is the race course?

- Where can I find my free race day photos?
- We have several photographers around the race site and on the course. The photos are uploaded at the conclusion of the race (please allow up to 2 days as our photographers take A LOT of photos) and the can be found on the PHOTOS page. We will notify a registered participants via email and post of social media when they are ready. Photos are tagged by bib number so it is important that you wear your bib on the front and on your outermost layer of clothing. You can also upload your own photos to the Participant Uploads album.
